Social Responsibility

At E. van Wijk, we care about the community as much as we care about our employees. As a family business and in conjunction with our core values we attach great importance to long-term relationships with our employees. We strongly believe in equal opportunities for all people, no matter what their family background is. Sometimes it only takes an impulse to catch wings. We are happy that, for many years, we have managed to do so.

We lend a helping hand to those who need it, no matter where we are, what country we are crossing, or where we are going to. Taking care of people is in our genes and has been ever since the first company was founded.

Over time, we have been involved in many activities that focused on supporting families from disadvantaged backgrounds through improving their quality of life and facilitating their reintegration into society.

We have created opportunities where they did not exist

You probably did not know about all of these, because we did not find the reward in advertising about our efforts, but in the reactions and smiles of the people for whom we managed to lend a helping hand. We are glad to know that we have created opportunities where they did not exist.

Our Associations

Over the years, we have laid the foundations of some associations that we support financially, in order to help as many disadvantaged families as possible. Our employees are actively involved in these organizations, outlining through this even more the organizational culture of the group.
